Are the sizes and widths I’m seeing on your web site the actual inventory that’s in stock?
No, the sizes and widths that are in our drop down menu are the sizes and width the style comes in. We pull most of our inventory directly for our shoe manufactures. If there is an out of stock item, we will contact you by email or phone.
I want to return my purchase and EXCHANGE for something else.
All returned shipping cost is at the customer expense. You are welcome to call us to start a new order 1-866-378-4174 Or include a note on what you would like to exchange for in the box.

How long will it be before I receive my order?
Most (FREE SHIPPING) orders will ship within 24 hours. The average direct shipment from our drop ship company to our customer is between 5-7 Business days.
Can I expedite my shipping?
Yes, you can call us TOLL FREE at 1-866-378-4174 and we would be happy to check availability on the items you are interest in for expedited shipping.

- 3-5 DAY SHIPPING—3 – 5 business days ($35.00 first $100.00 in the Continental United States)
- CANADIAN – $60.00 per order
What form of payment do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express.
Do you ship to addresses outside the United States?
We do ship to Canada; it will take longer than normal because most of our shoe manufacturers will not ship directly to Canada. The shoes will need to come to our retail store first, and then shipped back out to you. This will take roughly a week longer.
There are shipping charges to Canada, and return shipping is at the customer expense.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
What do you charge for standard shipping an order?
All (STANDARD) orders shipped to a destination within the Continental United States are shipped FREE of charges.
Shipping applies to orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and Virgin Islands. Any expedited shipments and return shipping is also at the customer’s expense.
What are the shipping charges for returning an order?
All return shipments are at the Customers expense. Use any shipping company that works best for you.
When placing an order I get an error message stating that there has been an authorization failure. What went wrong?
Please double check the credit card number and expiration date on your card.

Do you do back orders?
Justwideshoes.com will notify you if there is a back order. We will give you the time frame when the item will ship, or ask if you would like to replace the item with something else. All back orders must be paid for once you give us your approval to back order the item.
Do you have a catalog?
Currently, we have a ‘virtual’ catalog. Our entire product line is online; we do not have a paper catalog.
Do you charge sales tax on any item?
Sales tax will be added to orders being sent to Washington State.
